This rare material falls from two sources. This is a common drop after defeating the Fatui Sisin Mage, and can be purchased from the Stardust exchange currency.

The easy way out of both is to chase down wizards and defeat them in the open world. They are powerful enemies but not as strong as elemental bosses or monsters. You can find Cicin Mages by opening your Journal using the Options wheel, then selecting the Boss tab. Scroll down to the options Cicin Electro Mage and click on them. This action will place a marker on your map, telling you where to find it. Then you can go to the marked point and fight them.

These magicians are difficult and can use electro or cyro elemental powers. Use characters with effective attacks, as they are agile and can teleport when in danger. Once defeated, they will drop various items, including mist grass pollen.

Another way to earn Mist Grass pollen comes through the rare Stardust currency. To spend Stardust, you’ll need to access the in-game shop. Once you reach the shop, go to the fourth tab, titled Pimons Bargains.
