
Warner Bros. Games and Player First Games rolled out a new patch for multiverse Preparation of the game for the arrival of Morty (of.) on Tuesday rick and morty fame) roster, while also giving the game’s current killers a buff. This applies in particular to the characters Arya, Finn, and Harley Quinn, but the developer says additional buffs are expected for characters like Taz and Garnet.
Meanwhile, characters like Scooby-Doo’s Iron Giant and Velma got a little drab in Season 1’s second patch. multiverse,

General
- Morty is coming tomorrow! 08/23! He will be our first Plumbus running character!
- This patch is completely server-side so all updates are online only and will not be visible in local/lab play until the next patch.
General Perks
- Ice to beat you! – Projectiles will only apply ice debuff to combatants that haven’t already been debuffed with ice.
- I’ll take – Unstacked cooldown refund reduced from 0.5 sec to 0.25 sec
- Stacked cooldown refund reduced from 1 second to 0.5 second
gameplay system
Fixed a bug where the ability cooldown might not trigger when projectiles were born close to terrain

Since we’ve removed some of the power from the backpack on Finn, we’re putting some extra power into the rest of Finn’s attacks to give him more kill options.

- Increases base damage from 5 to 6. Has been done
- Increases this base damage by catching and charging attack
+ Air/Ground Down Special (BMO Chop)
- Increase damage from 18 to 20. to be done
- Increase knockback scaling from 18 to 20

iron giant
Iron Giant currently dominates every skill level with an unusually high win rate. The Iron Giants neutral specials with stacked cooldown reduction and Velma are causing little window for counterplay for opponents. Updates to Iron Giant, global updates to perks, and Velma updates will help provide more opportunities for opponents against Iron Giant.
– Air/Ground Neutral Special:
- Cooldown increased from 23 to 25 seconds
– Air Up Attack:
- Hit boxes shrunk to more accurately fit attack scenes
– Air/Ground Up Special:
- Damage on the last hit of the spin is reduced by 1 more base knockback
+ Air/Ground Down Special:
- Let Cannonball Cancel If It Hits Enemy
Superman
, Fixed a bug that allowed Superman to battle enemies even when his hitboxes were not connected.
