Microsoft has now formally announced that Xbox will support Night Mode. Please note that the upgrade will only be available to Alpha Skip-Ahead Ring members as the firm is still evaluating the beta version. So, since this is a beta update, it may contain some bugs.

Using Night Mode, users will be able to filter and dim their screen. Users will also be able to control the LED brightness of the console and controller. This feature is currently limited to English speaking consoles.
