Karasu began writing the Girls Love comedy fantasy series on the Shosetsuka ni Narou website in February 2019. Kadokawa began publishing the novel the following January under his Fantasia Bunko imprint, with illustrations by Yuri Kisaragi. The fourth volume was shipped last August, with the fifth volume scheduled to release on 20 August.
Monthly Dengeki Maoh began serializing a manga adaptation by Harutsugu Nadaka in July 2020. Kadokawa released the third volume on February 10, with the fourth volume planned for release on August 26.
Yen Press licensed the light novel and manga in English and published the first novel and manga volumes on April 12 and May 24, respectively. The second volume of each is scheduled for release on August 16 and September 6.
