At the heart of the Fnatic Streak 65 LP is performance, but doesn’t sacrifice aesthetics. This is a mechanical keyboard that is low profile and comes with a compact 65% layout, onboard memory, gorgeous RGB lighting, and custom Fnatic Speed Kailh Choc V2 orange switches, which according to Fnatic are the fastest mechanical switches on the market .
It is also incredibly affordable. Some of the best gaming keyboards are far more expensive right now and don’t compare to the Streak 65 LP in major ways. We think the LP could have easily cost the extra $20-30 and still be worth it.
Fnatic Streak 65 LP: Price and Availability
- very reasonable price
- Available on Fnatic’s website and Amazon
The Fnatic Streak 65 LP costs $119.99 (around £110.00, AU$171), which is beyond reasonable when you consider its features – RGB, custom Kailh switches, textured doubleshot PBT keycaps, and noise-damping. It is available for purchase on the Fnatic website. It is also available in Black on Amazon (opens in new tab) and on Amazon UK (opens in new tab), where the Streak 65 LP (White (opens in new tab)) is currently at 5% off.
The Fnatic Streak 65 LP is pretty close to making its way to the top of the pecking order. The HyperX Alloy Origins 65 has an actuation point of 1.8mm and a travel distance of 3.8mm, which is slightly behind the LP. However, it has an 80 million keypress life cycle, 10 million more than the LP.
The Corsair K65 Mini, meanwhile, is the LP’s closest competition, with a 100 million keypress lifecycle, and an actuation point of up to 0.2mm with its Cherry MX Red switches, not 65%, but 60%, and it’s Pricey and, the LP’s own predecessor, the Streak 65, which was already a pretty decent mechanical keyboard, deserves a hearty mention, but pales in comparison.

Fnatic Streak 65 LP: Design
- aluminum metal fabrication
- dampening sound
- beautiful rgb light
The Fnatic Streak 65 LP Mechanical Gaming Keyboard is designed with an astonishing design. It is available in black and white; We reviewed the white version. At first glance, it appears to be relatively basic, but upon closer inspection, the details are extremely pleasing. And that’s before you turn it on and see its breathtaking RGB.
This is a 65% keyboard, and therefore much more compact than a full-sized one. And at 420 grams, it’s quite light. Across the top spine is a removable magnetic Fnatic sign, which can be swapped out, though Fnatic isn’t currently selling replacements. There’s a fair bit of branding: “Fnatic”, again, on the top plate, the Fnatic logo on the space bar, and STREAK on the side.

There are two pull-out rubberized feet on either side of the base, which open to the side rather than the back. There are gray properly gripped rubber grips on the bottom base of the keyboard.
The keycaps are white texturized doubleshot PBT with gray translucent lettering. The secondary functions of the keys, accessed by the FN key, are printed on their fronts. The keycaps aren’t full-sized, revealing the orange Kailh switch and making the RGB lighting more noticeable. Under the keys, the screws can be seen, which may be a nice accent to some, but for us, they’re an eyesore.

The 1.8-meter USB-C cable detachable cable is not only braided, but coiled, which is very unusual in modern keyboards, and quite pleasing to look at.
Fnatic Streak 65 LP: Performance
- Lifetime of 70 million major presses
- Custom Fnatic Kilh Choc V2 Orange Switch
- Low profile so little pressure on fingers and wrists
The Fnatic Streak 65 LP Mechanical Gaming Keyboard has a great performance. Its low-profile keycaps, switches and form factor make it comfortable to use for long periods of time without straining the wrist.
The keycaps, being Doubleshot PBT, won’t wear out any time soon. They feel comfortable to use and, thanks to the extra foam in the base of the keyboard, make very little noise. The sound we hear is a dull rumble rather than a heavy hollow sound that runs through the board like many gaming keyboards we tested.

The Streak 65 LP has a polling rate of 1000Hz and 8MB of onboard memory. The switches used are Fnatic’s Speed Kailh Choke V2 orange switches; They’re linear and have a switch actuation of 1.1mm and a travel distance of 3.2mm, which is less than even the Cherry MX Red, which is considered one of the best gaming keyboard switches.

The travel distance makes the switch super fast to respond. The keys feel very stable and solid. They have barely any stagger, and the pre-lubricated stabilizers make them a gamer’s dream. And a gamer’s dream is a typist’s dream: the keyboard provides a smooth typing experience.
While playing high-speed games, you can really see the Streak 65 LP flourish. FPS like Valorant and Destiny 2 are satisfying to play. The keyboard feels accurate and responsive, and we find that the more intense the game, the more you can really appreciate the build quality of the keyboard.
Then there’s the breathtaking lighting, which rivals the HyperX Alloy Origin 65’s equally breathtaking RGB lighting. The LP can display 16.8 million colors, which are fully customizable in Fnatic’s OP software (we mean the name actually means “OP”, not that it’s more powerful). This software lets you manage the color, frequency and even the direction of the light. There are eight patterns to choose from, including “rain”, “ripple”, and “reactive”.
The OP also allows you to set macros and remap keys. The program isn’t as powerful as Rocket’s Swarm software, but it certainly isn’t vulnerable.
Many keys have secondary functions, which can be accessed with the FN key. FN + c turns on a very Fnatic mode, Competition Mode. This reduces the intensity of the light and disables the Windows key.
There are four programmable keys on the right side of the keyboard. Lastly, there’s 8GB of onboard memory for saving your settings.
