germs is a 3D open-world game that sees you play as a reporter who has returned to his hometown to do a story on some mysterious events. Said incidents are the result of a lethal infection spread by the mutants. Indeed, the biggest risk in the game is the possibility of getting infected during one of its rare battle scenes. If you are infected, you have to rush to this hospital for treatment.
